Current roles:
Operations Coordinators
We are currently recruiting for two Operations Coordinators to join our team. The Operations Coordinators take responsibility for the safe and successful running of events and activities in the building, ensuring staff and visitor safety. They support the Operations Manager in making sure the building and organisation is operational and well presented. They work closely with the whole team ensuring excellent customer experience.
Hours: 16 hours per week (Including some evenings & weekends)
Salary: £25,955 per annum, pro rata
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Responsible for: Front of House Volunteers

Finance Officer
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Officer to join our team.
The Finance Officer supports the finance function of both The Spring and its trading subsidiary company Havant Arts Active, working as a bookkeeper and managing day-to-day accounts and financial procedures. We are happy to consider flexible working proposals.
Hours: 22 hours per week
Salary: £26,250 per annum, pro rata
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Responsible for: Finance Volunteers

Volunteer Film Projectionist

Our films are usually shown during mid-week afternoons and evenings.
