We are thrilled to announce the Spring Open 2026!

Each year, The Spring hosts a vibrant Open Exhibition that showcases and celebrates art, crafts and textiles in all their forms, from artists and makers in Havant, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

The exhibition promises something for everyone, featuring an eclectic mix of artworks that will appeal to visitors of all ages.

Past exhibitions have included a wide variety of artworks in different mediums such as painting, drawing, print, sculpture, photography, ceramics, moving images, sound, textiles, mixed media, and installations.

Threads of Freedom

As part of Our Freedom: Here and Now, The Spring has joined a nationwide celebration marking 80 years since the end of the Second World War. Working with local artists Helen Sill and Tanya Woods, we’ve explored what freedom means to people in Havant today.
