We would like to thank all of our volunteers for the vast contribution that they make.

We are looking for volunteers who have an interest or passion for the coast and the sea and who have a car to help us look after our two cold water British marine aquariums which are located in the coastal heritage area at The Spring. We currently have a very small team who help maintain these aquariums but we need more help. If you have two hours a month that you could spare, have a car and love the sea then this could be right up your street. The days and times that you would be needed vary as they are determined by the tides as sea water is collected from the local area to replenish the aquariums and this can only be collected at high tides. Full training is given and you always work in teams of two and if you have a real interest in the coast there are information boards that need updating with interesting local coastal news.
If you are interested please contact Jacqueline Fagg in the first instance at: jacqueline@thespring.co.uk or call 023 92 249068

We are also looking for volunteers to work in the Gift Shop, to act as Museum Stewards, for Gardening duties, to help as Front of House Stewards for our events, and in various administrative roles.
