Threads of Freedom
Evolving exhibition on display from 24th November, 2025
Final artwork on display from 6th January, 2026
As part of Our Freedom: Here and Now, The Spring has joined a nationwide celebration marking 80 years since the end of the Second World War. Working with local artists Helen Sill and Tanya Woods, we’ve explored what freedom means to people in Havant today.
Through drawings, words, and stitches, our community has shared their reflections on freedom. These contributions have been brought together into one participatory artwork that captures the voices and creativity of the local community.
Explore the evolving exhibition from 24th November 2025, then celebrate the final artwork from 7th January 2026.
