Supernova 9 bursts onto the stage at The Spring this season, as local amateur dramatics group Bench Theatre presents a thrilling festival of original one-act plays.

All the plays featured are winning entries from Bench Theatre’s recent playwriting competition, showcasing fresh and imaginative work from talented local writers.

Divided into two separate performance bills, each evening offers a rich mix of four short plays – ranging from gripping mystery and powerful human drama to quirky comedy and laugh-out-loud farce. Audiences can expect a whirlwind of characters, ideas, and emotions, all delivered in bite-sized theatrical gems.

With something to suit every taste, Supernova 9 is a bold celebration of local creativity – diverse, daring, and not to be missed.

Bill 1: Tuesday 9^th, Thursday 11^th September at 7.30pm and on Saturday 13^th September at 2.30pm.
Bill 2: Wednesday 10^th, Friday 12^th and Saturday 13^th September at 7.30pm.
