To book tickets please call us on 023 9247 2700 or book online.

Box Office Opening Hours
10am – 8pm, Mon – Sat.
Not open on Bank holidays.

In advance, we can take telephone bookings by credit/ debit card, or in person by credit/debit card or cash.  We can no longer accept cheques for ticket purchases.

Online Purchases
There is a £1 charge per transaction and 50p for postage for all purchases made online for members and non-members.

Debit / Credit Cards & Postage
There is a £1 transaction charge for debit or credit card payments made over the phone or at the counter. It is an additional 50p to have tickets posted to your
address. Members DO NOT pay debit/credit or postage fees. Cash payments DO NOT incur a £1 fee.

Reservations
We do not make any unpaid reservations (except for group bookings of 10 or more - see conditions below).

Discounts / Concessions
We offer discounts for under 18’s, students, senior citizens, people in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support or Disability Living Allowance, for most of our shows. Discounts must be requested at the time of booking and discounts may not be applied to tickets already purchased.  We reserve the right to ask for proof of your concession status.

The Spring reserves the right to make special offers from time to time.

Group Bookings
Can be made for parties of 10 or more and the 11th ticket will be FREE. Reservations can be made for bookings of 10 or more but must be confirmed and paid for by 10 days prior to the show.

Tickets Returned or Exchanged
We do not offer ticket exchanges or refunds. All of our tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once purchased.

Mailing Lists/Data Protection
The Spring is committed to upholding the Data Protection principles of good information handling practice. When processing your bookings the Box Office will ask you for your name, address, telephone number and email address.
This information will be added to our Marketing Lists and may be used to inform you about events and other developments at our venue. If you do not want your details used in this way please contact the Box Office.

Performances
All performances take place at The Spring unless otherwise specified. Most occur in the theatre space.

Programme Changes
The Spring reserves the right to make alterations as necessary.
