Museum & Lower Mezzanine Gallery Opening Hours:
Monday to Saturday 10am - 5pm, Tuesday 6.30pm - 8.30pm
In the event of help not always being available we regret that sometimes it is necessary to close this part of the building.

Box Office & Sadler Gallery Opening Hours:
10am – 8pm, Mon – Sat.
Not open on Bank holidays.
In advance, we can take telephone bookings by credit/debit card, or in person by credit/debit, cash or cheque.

Online and Phone Purchases
There is a £1 charge per transaction and 50p for postage for all purchases made online or over the phone by any customer or member. Most shows
can be purchased online at a 10% discount.
 

Over the Counter Purchases
We make a charge of £1 for all Credit Card payments and 50p for postage. (Members do not pay a Credit Card or postage fee for over the counter transactions.)  Cash, Debit Card and Cheque do not incur a £1 fee.
 

Reservations
We do not make any unpaid reservations.
 

Discounts
We offer discounts for students and senior citizens for most of our shows.  Discounts must be requested at the time of booking and discounts may not be applied to tickets already purchased. The Spring reserves the right to make special offers from time to time.  Group Bookings can be made for parties of 10 or more and the 11th ticket will be FREE.  Reservations can be made for bookings of 10 or more but must be confirmed and paid for by 10 days prior to the show.
 

Tickets Returned or Exchanged
We do not offer ticket exchanges or refunds. All of our tickets are non-exchangeable and non refundable once purchased.

and email address.  The Spring is committed to upholding the Data Protection principles of good information handling practice. When processing your bookings the Box Office will ask you for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information will be added to our Marketing Lists and may be used to inform you about events and other developments at our venue. If you do not want your details used in this way please contact the Box Office. 


Performances
All performances take place at The Spring unless otherwise specified. Most occur in the theatre space.
 

Car Parking and Access
The Spring is next to an HBC pay and display car park which is free after 6pm in the evenings.  There are five spaces available for disabled badge
holders.
 

Access
Easy access for wheel chairs — please call to reserve a space for performances. Induction Loop is available in the theatre for those with hearing difficulties. Guide dogs are welcome. An adapted toilet with baby changing facilities is available.
 

Programme Changes
Our ambition is to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate.  However, sometimes due to circumstances outside of our control things change which affect the published programme.  The Spring therefore reserves the right to make alterations to the programme as and when necessary.
